  • Under the big tent, producers sell cones of ham, cured sausage, cheese and sandwiches, as well as chipirons (baby squid), Basque cakes, foie gras and more.
  • Under the tent, you can also enjoy seated dining with a special Ham Fair menu.

Outside the tent, all of Bayonne’s restaurants are open.
